8 . How to Delete Data?

Users may request deletion of their FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY account and personal information by sending a request to support@finrichtechnology.in or by contacting our customer support team.

Upon verification of the request, FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY will deactivate or delete the user's account and personal information from its active systems, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

However, in accordance with the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), and other applicable laws, FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY may retain certain records including KYC information, transaction history, audit logs, and regulatory records for the period prescribed by law. Such retained information will be securely stored and used only for compliance, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal purposes.

9 . Why Do We Request App Permissions?

FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY requests certain device permissions only to provide secure and efficient financial services and to comply with regulatory requirements.

Location Permission

- To verify transaction locations for AEPS, Micro ATM, BBPS, and other financial services.
- To prevent fraudulent transactions and enhance security.
- To comply with banking, RBI, NPCI, and partner bank requirements.

Camera Permission

- To capture and upload KYC documents.
- To scan QR codes, barcodes, and bill details.
- To update user profile photographs when requested by the user.

Storage/Media Permission

- To allow users to upload documents, invoices, and images required for KYC and service requests.
- To securely save transaction receipts and reports on the user's device, where applicable.

Phone Permission

- To enable customer support assistance and facilitate secure communication with our support team.
- To verify device information for fraud prevention and account security.

FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY accesses only those permissions necessary for providing its services and does not collect or use device data beyond the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Users may revoke permissions through their device settings; however, certain services may not function properly if required permissions are denied.
 

10 . Changes to This Privacy Policy

FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, business practices, technology, services, or operational requirements.

11 . Jurisdiction: 

Jurisdiction Clause

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of BBPS services, bill payments, refunds, transactions, website, mobile application, or any services provided by FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at Vijayanagara, Ballari District, Karnataka.

Users agree that all disputes shall first be addressed through the grievance redressal mechanism of FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY and, where applicable, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), and Bharat BillPay regulations.

Nothing contained herein shall restrict the rights of any regulatory authority, including RBI, NPCI, or any other statutory authority, to exercise its powers under applicable laws.
