*. The customer agrees to use the BBPS platform only for legitimate bill payment and recharge transactions.
*. FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY acts as a BBPS Agent Institution and facilitates bill payments through authorized BBPS channels.
*. Customers must verify biller details, customer ID, amount, and other transaction information before confirming payment.
*. Once a transaction is successfully processed and acknowledged by BBPS, it cannot be reversed except as per applicable BBPS dispute and refund guidelines.
*. FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in cases of fraud, misuse, regulatory requirements, or violation of these terms, with prior notice wherever feasible.
*. Transaction records maintained by BBPS and participating banks shall be treated as final and binding.
*. Users may opt out of promotional communications by contacting customer support or following the unsubscribe instructions provided.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY, including but not limited to , BBPS, Recharge, Utility Bill Payments, , PAN Services, and other digital financial services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and service usage.
3. Services
FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY acts as a technology service provider and facilitates financial and payment-related services through authorized banks, payment gateways, NPCI, BBPS, and other regulated partners.
Availability of services may vary based on regulatory requirements, technical constraints, partner availability, and operational considerations.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and OTPs.
- Use services only for lawful purposes.
- Comply with RBI, NPCI, UIDAI, BBPS, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Immediately report unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
Users shall be solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
5. KYC Compliance
Users may be required to submit KYC documents including Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, photographs, and other documents as required by law, partner banks, RBI, NPCI, UIDAI, or other regulatory authorities.
Failure to provide valid KYC documents may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Transaction Processing
All transactions are subject to successful authentication, verification, and approval by partner banks, payment networks, BBPS, NPCI, and other service providers.
FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for delays, failures, reversals, or rejections caused by banking networks, telecom operators, third-party service providers, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
7. Fees and Charges
Applicable service charges, convenience fees, taxes, and other charges shall be displayed before transaction confirmation wherever applicable.
Users agree to pay all applicable charges associated with the services.
8. Refunds and Reversals
Refunds, reversals, and dispute resolutions shall be governed by the applicable Refund Policy and the guidelines prescribed by RBI, NPCI, BBPS, partner banks, and other regulatory authorities.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal transactions.
- Use services for money laundering or unlawful activities.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks.
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Violation may result in suspension, termination, reporting to authorities, and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the disputed transaction, subject to applicable laws.
11. Suspension and Termination
FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access without prior notice in cases involving suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, security concerns, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or misuse of services.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Collection, storage, processing, and sharing of personal information shall be governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
13. Force Majeure
FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY shall not be responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, government actions, network failures, power outages, or banking system disruptions.
14. Amendments
FiNRiCH TECHNOLOGY may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions shall be published through official channels and shall become effective upon publication.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the use of services shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
